Online Order Delivery Policy:
- Online order delivery service for family customer is limited to Sydney Metro Area Only (20km from company office, please check in googlemap). Please call or Txt message to 0435553070/Gordon if you have any doubt about the delivery before putting order.
- Delivery is normally once a week. During this difficult time, we will try our best to deliver as on time. Please call 0435553070/Gordon for delivery date confirmation.
- If one order is less than $200, $15 delivery fee will be charged. If one order is less than $100, self warehouse pickup is suggested or the delivery fee will be decided via mutual agreement. Self warehouse pickup has no order limitation. Please contact our company number for warehouse operation time.
- RICLAND VVFOOD is based in Sydney, but can arrange delivery to all areas throughout NSW/ACT and are extending areas up to 1000km radius according to business requirement for business customers, and 30km for family customer.
- All business customer delivery service is using our own trucks per special food delivery standard. Our own trucks can fully ensure that you receive your delivery with quality guaranteed on time every time.
